Empowering & encouraging students to explore and use high quality sources of information results in Writing Worth Reading. Look at research and expository text through the values of a Source Rubric that encourages and rewards students for locating, consulting, and citing peer reviewed and scholarly sources of information in their quests for knowledge and understanding. Attendees will leave with Source Rubrics 1.0 and 2.0 as well as the ability to plan, introduce, assign, and score using these classroom-tested, student-approved resources that support Writing Worth Reading.  For resources click here.
