CapCUE Techfest 2017

Students love images. Learn to empower students to meet Common Core speaking & listening standards by learning creative ways of taking, creating and sharing images. This session will provide ideas, tips, tools and tricks for breaking down the walls of traditional thinking and methods of using images. Creative and innovative methods addressed include Booksnaps, Sketchnotes, creating animated GIFs as well as digital gallery walks. Learn to leverage tools such as Google Photos, Google Drawings, Google Sites, webcams, scanners, and even the old-fashioned pencil and paper. Initiate academic discussions, enhance reading comprehension and take non-verbal representations to the next level.
