The Flipped Classroom
This PD will show you how to use SCREENCASTIFY, plus more, free apps available for all chrome accounts. These tools allow you to record the computer screen as you narrate your actions for the audio. This is an excellent way to record your lessons for students and create a ‘Flipped Classroom’ atmosphere. Screencasts are a great way to give students additional opportunities to review lessons you have already done, or create a self guided lesson path that still involves direct instruction from the teacher (via the screencast). Included will be tutorials on how to share to your teacher YouTube channel, and easily embed video into a Google Slide.  Resources:   https://goo.gl/XiS8lS

HyperDocs Homerun!
Are you Googley? Googley or not, HyperDocs are a game changer when teaching with technology. It doesn't matter what grade or subject you teach; deliver digital content via a HyperDoc and your students will knock it out of the park. HyperDocs are digital lessons created using the G Suite tools (Google); packaged for students in an engaging, inquiry-based learning style. Because HyperDocs are created using G Suite, they are easily shared and collaborated on via Classroom, Gmail, or in Drive. They are much more than a digital worksheet; the lesson design and content includes collaboration, critical thinking, communication, and creativity, yet delivered in one document. In HyperDocs Homerun!, you will be exploring the possibilities of a HyperDoc, learning the basic lesson design process, and applying that knowledge by being given hands-on work time to create.
